If you’re thinking about taking counselling, you probably should talk to the counsellor once or twice and then decide.

For me, the first session was mostly about knowing if I need counselling than about the problem I was facing. In every session I gained insight about the issues I was facing and instead of providing me with instant solutions, Niharika provided me with the insightful ways of dealing with the issues and getting better with myself. Not only it was beneficial at the given point in my life but the things I learnt will be helpful always.
